Runs are validated server-side. If your run was under 500m, on a bike, or had GPS issues, coins may not credit. Check your run status in the app. If it shows "Valid" but no coins appeared, email us with your run ID.
Go to Wallet → Redeem in the app. Choose Amazon or Flipkart, pick an amount, and the gift card code is delivered within minutes.
Runs can be rejected for GPS anomalies, vehicle-level speeds, or distances under 500m. Open the run detail in the app to see the specific reason. Genuine runs are never wrongly rejected — if you believe there's an error, contact us.
Each rewarded ad gives 8 coins (up to 10 per day = 80 coins max). The ad reward is processed server-side by Google AdMob — if an ad didn't complete fully, the reward won't be credited. Try again with a stable connection.
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted within 7 days. If you can't access the app, email us at hello@runreward.in.
